Continuously improvement in terms of technology, quality and costs to the processes and support the achievement of AT&S and department targets. Continuous consultation with TDI-TD Supervisor about relevant tasks within the department (incl. Respective reporting).

Communication with internal and external supplies (chemical and equipment suppliers, supplier quality, production, quality, PE.CAM, CSC and other departments).

Continuously work with suppliers and customers on further technology developments.

Follow environmental and safety regulations

Ensure technology development

Implementation of relevant norms and standards.

Responsible for installation of new equipment (draw up equipment, specification, arrange evaluations and technical analysis; put into operation, support qualification and implementation in production).

Lead key projects related to the processes and ensure projects on schedule.

Work in accordance with AT&S quality system.

Use templates and database for documentation. Ensure process stadardisation.

Support production departments in problem solving of key quality and process issues.

• Completion of higher technical college (preferably with specialisation in electronic, mechanical or plastic engineering)

• Experience in related industry and strong knowledge of related processes.

• Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and planning of experiments required.

• Fluent written and oral English

• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)

• Good stress management skills

• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Team spirit and able to lead a team on project based
