? Manage the sales department
? Develop the sales team
? Develop customer
? Manage and cooperate the agents
? Formulate sales strategy
? Development and implementation of sales plan
? Organize the sales activities of the company
? Be responsible of the sales development of the company
? Support the good development of customers and develop partnerships with them
? Achieve the annual sale target
? Communication with other department

Requirements

? Proficient in English and Chinese
? Excellent capability of leadership, organization and execution
? 5 to 7 years previous experience in equipment sales
? Capability of sales management and marketing analysis
? Capability of finding and developing potential customer
? Familiar with industry market development situation
? Previous experience in Automotive is a plus
? Large customers network
? Ability to work in a hectic environment
? Open minded and team player
? Keen on technical investigation, good deductive reasoning
? Working systematically and focused on quality
