GENERAL SUMMARY:
To be a member of Bleum recruiting team, must be able to work independently and efficiently. Enrich recruitment channels on active sourcing, enhance Bleum employer brand and candidate's intention. Improve efficiency of multiple recruitment channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsibilities-100%
? Work professionally with hands on recruiting in a fast growing organization.
? Fulfill the vacancies in the most effective and efficient way with suitable candidates based on proper recruitment procedure.
a) Accurately interpret specification and identify suitable applicants through effective job-matching;
b) Implement appropriate methods (advertisements or directories) to attract appropriate applicants;
c) Use professional recruitment skills to approach target candidate, motivate passive candidate's intention.
d) Integrate relevant information of specific job vacancy and deliver to candidate in appropriate manner.
e) Interview applicants within equal employment opportunity guidelines and establish competencies level against project requirement.
f) Conduct and manage interview process, moderate all related interview resources;
g) Issue offer and monitor new hires on-board procedure.
? Ensure the staffing work is in accordance with local/national labor law and regulations.
? Perform comprehensive research to provide extensive data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
? Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
? Support other work assigned by recruiting manager.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities
Functional Competencies:
a) Solid understanding of recruiting
b) Excellent listening and communication capability
c) Basic Knowledge of Technical Terminology
d) Fluent in English
e) Ideally salary negotiation skill
Professional Competencies:
a) Experience on specific sourcing skills and channels
b) Master multiple objects communication and motivation
c) Strong ability on various talent market information research.
d) Solid reporting skills.
Interpersonal Competencies:
a) Ability to effectively communicate with high level managers
b) Understand and comply Bleum Core Principles.
c) Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team
d) Able to multi-task (work on multiple deliverables at once)
e) Demonstrate respect, responsiveness and professionalism toward others while providing superior service for the candidates
f) Demonstrate integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to challenges.
g) Develop an understanding of Bleum's core values.
2) Experience:
a) 2-5 years working experience in recruiting domain
b) 1+ years in software developing industry
c) Bachelor degree above
