Job Description

1. Design engineer of e-components in electrified CVT
2. Responsible for electrified powertrain requirement engineering, e-motor selection and design interfaces in/out CVT, sample procurement, assembly and test requirement etc.
3. Collaboration with both internal and external engineering parties to serve Bosch and its customer’s innovation transmissions.
4. Support MKT promotion and new project acquisition with electrified powertrain system knowledge.
5. Support CVT belt application in electrified CVT from system competence.
6. Responsible for high voltage safety rules training and roll out in the team.
7. Close communication with headquarter in Europe.

Qualifications

1. Major in Automotive Engineering or electrical engineering, with Bachelor’s degree, preferably with Master’s degree.
2. Need 3~5 (or higher) years of hybrid/EV powertrain integration, preferably experienced in hybrid transmission design and/or requirement engineering.
3. Knowledge and experience with e-motor requirement/specification/integration + validation in OEM or transmission suppliers.
4. Willingness to travel within China and Overseas frequently and for longer term.
5. Good communication in English (spoken and written) and good understanding of Western culture.
6. Good team work, willingness to take challenges and responsibilities.
