You can actively contribute on these tasks

？ Implementation consulting in complex proALPHA ERP projects in the areas of Sales, Supply Chain (Purchasing & Warehousing), Production, Project Management, cross-functional modules & functionality (e.g. Document Management System).

？ Identify, document, and reach project goals, manage project budget and schedule, define and manage the implementation plan, execute full ownership of the assigned scope. You are responsible for the implementation in time, budget and quality/scope for your area(s) within the project and work in close cooperation with the project manager and other consultants.

？ Identify optimized business logic as well as develop and achieve the customer buy-in for the targeted solution.

？ Customize workflows, define operational procedures and prepare specifications for required custom modifications within the software.

？ With growing experience: manage customer accounts by maintaining contact with key users and (upper-level) management regarding updates, new functionalities and new technology as well as overall customer satisfaction.

Your Application Profile ：Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or technology/computer science with a major in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and/or Finance / Accounting topics.？ Ideally 2-3 years working experience or knowledge as an ERP Sales & Supply Chain consultant (like SAP, abas, Oracle) or other role in these areas (graduates are also welcome to apply!).？ Willingness to travel between 2-3 days a week.？ A passion for software and IT technologies will help you to become familiar with our business.？ Good communication, project management and presentation skills.？ Good command of both, written and spoken English and Chinese. German is an advantage but definitely not a must.You will receive a training programme fitted to your everyday tasks, allowing you to develop expert skills and significantly contribute to proALPHA‘s worldwide growth strategy.
