岗位职责：

1. 负责完成APEX亚洲财务共享中心应付/应收/总账的基本流程；

2. 发展和维护与供应商、员工以及其他重要利益相关者成功的合作关系；

3. 始终如一的坚持与本地、全球以及APEX亚洲财务共享中心的方针、政策和法规，包括税收、个人报销、采购到付款等；

4. 确保遵守当地的法规和税务要求，并由APEX亚洲财务共享中心提供指导；

5. 需要时准备资料提供内部/外部审计审核；

6. 按照服务管理流程快速解答从关联公司和供应商通过电子邮件或电话发来的查询和疑问；

7. 若发现问题及时找出原因并使用商定的升级方式解决；

8. 按照服务管理标准提供主动、优质的服务；

9. 按照要求完成财务会计相关的变化；

10. 执行与标准流程一致的操作；

11. 积极参与流程的持续改进及变化。

任职资格：

1. 财会类或其他相关专业，大专及以上学历；

2. 工作细致严谨，责任心强。

3. 良好的人际互动能力，能与公司其他财务部门和供应商简历良好的合作关系；

4. 对Office系列软件熟练使用；

5. 良好的中英文语言技能。

6. 对JDE/SAP/Oracle等ERP财务会计系统有经验者为佳；

7. 有应收或应付或总账等相关经验为佳；若有财务共享中心工作经验更佳；
