§  Purpose of the Position

• To design and develop the mechanical structure of high quality customer solutions for test bench, which is synchronized, error-free, lean, standardized technologies, and with shortest setup time and lowest inventory levels.

• Lead the innovation in technical side and support project manager from mechanical ar.

 

 

§  Main Tasks

• Responsible for the Mechanical design (SolidWorks 3D & 2D), and the documentation of projects.

• Proactive get to understand the mechanical specifications/ protocols from customers.

• Proactive get to understand the working environment (i.e., Dimensional, clearances, operator work area, production speed, contaminates, etc., etc.).

• Make various calculations such as strength of materials, forces, stresses.

• Designing with the best Safety and Ergonomic practices.

• Organize Design Reviews with mechanical design expert team.

• Proactive utilize KLI Standard Solutions and keep continuous improvement feedbacks to standardize engineer.

• Participate and be responsible for the internal project acceptance.

• Support assembly team during assembly in-house and on customer side.

• Be important part of the project team and responsible for mechanical problem solving in the whole project process, so as to achieve the project final acceptance.

• Active team work with other project team members.

§  Requirements Profile

• Bachelor degree in related major ;better is Master’s Degree

• Over 5 years mechanical design working experience and good technical know-how in the field of test bench.

• CAE capacity :Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with finite element analysis or Ansys software

• Knowledge on GD&T, material /HT/Coating, machine/measuring

• Languages: CN/E
