职位描述

l  Be responsible for customer quality problem solving and concern management handling activity for all Asia Pacific customer OEM-VW,

l  Work with plant cross functional team to identify root cause and generate corrective action plan, fully communicate with customer as the interface between ZF & Customer OEM-VW.

l  Work with plant quality organization team to maintain CMS (Concern Management System)

l  Lead and conduct customer satisfaction workshop to improve plant customer quality to exceed customer expectations.

l  Work with ZF PPAC committee to fix critical customer complaint and safety related issues, as coordinate representing AP region.

l  Customer relationship build up and enhancement, regular listen the Voice of Customer, regular customer visit and communication, lead and coordinate customer satisfaction issue between ZF & Customer OE-VW

l  Lead and drive on plant customer issue handling & related process set up/ implementation, problem solving activities.

l  Early involve in new product launch quality, verify and drive on new product quality improvement at customer site.

Be ZF Global strategic customer champion for VW JV’s, quality improvement, customer relationship building up and enhancement


Key Competencies

·       Strong Problem solving skills and methodology, such as six sigma, 8D, 5WHY, …preferred

·       Strong product, process, and or quality engineering background

·       Strong communication, teamwork, cross functional working experience, competency & skills

·       TS16949 automotive industry Quality system knowledge and experience

·       Good working attitude and ability to work at pressure

·       Demonstrated strong management & leadership skill & abilities

·       Self-starter with the ability to work in a global/regional/cross functional team environment

·       Positive thinking / working style
