Reporting to China Finance Manager. The position will focus on leading transaction team and delivering accurate financial information for management and statutory reporting for China legal entities.                                                                    The key responsibilities will include: 

1. Preparing the monthly account reconciliations and month end reports. 

2. Submitting the monthly VAT tax return accurate and on time . 

3. Maintaining the fixed asset register. 

4. Laising with external auditors and assistance in preparation of statutory financial statements and half year review.

5. Assisting in the preparation of the Half Year and Annual financial reports. 

6. Assisting in the preparation of the income tax return for China legal entities. 

7. Assisting in monthly cash flow forecast and weekly cash balance report. 8.Providing sufficient support on new legal entity setting up.
