职位描述
QA，客户质量管理
职责描述：
1、监控OEM工厂的质量表现
2．更新公司产品的出货检验流程检验标准；
2、处理客户投诉，对出货产品中发生的质量问题及时开出异常单，出工程进行问题的分析与责任判定，及时跟踪责任部门回复改善措施；
3、对客诉问题进行分析与责任判定，及时回复8D报告给客户，同时将每单客诉录入客诉汇总表并及时跟踪直至结案；
4、对客户退回的产品进行确认，并分析给出解决方案，同时跟踪可退批次后续的状况；
5、推动工厂进行质量的持续改善
6、对工厂进行定期的审核。
● Monitoring the quality performance of OEM plant and ensure AFA's quality standard implemented in the plants to deliver excellent quality products and industry leading service to our customers;
● Co-ordinate Factory Assessment Audits of all existing and potential suppliers to ensure that their infrastructure and processes are adequate to supply products which conform to International Standards and will meet the requirements of AFA Quality Standard;
● Organize the root cause analysis with AFA’s suppliers for the complaints from the customer. Working out robust action plan and continuous improvements to acquire high customer satisfactory;
● Implement ongoing QC checks of key inbound components, in line production and product performance, in conjunction with our key supplier partners. Ensure any rectification work is carried out within a reasonable timeframe and within budget;
● Implement risk management in the function based on a risk-based action plan and work on the continuous improvement plan;
● Others assigned by direct supervisor.
