1、负责柔性加工中心数控机床的操作，熟悉柔性加工中心数控机床的性能与基本构造。

2、对数控设备进行预检、预修、日常维护与保养。

3、服从生产安排进行产品试制及批量生产，按图纸要求对产品进行处理确保构件产品质量。

4、能进行CAD机械制图，根据图纸设计要求进行相关加工工艺

技术操作，协助分析、除了和解决质量问题，并提出改进方案。

5、熟练进行CNC数控机床编程与调试，配合质检对所加工构件

校对。

6、与技术部门协调处理技术难题，积极提供有关方案，及时处理现场问题。

7、按要求填写数控加工机床及产品的文件及资料，做好生产操作记录、设备保养记录。

8、完成其他质量管理体系方面的工作，并积极协助配合相关部门对新工艺的研究。
