职位描述
Job Responsibility职责描述:
Achieve the sales target of assigned territory defined by the company
1. Ensure all KAs are taken care of properly with KA plan in place
2. Develop and maintain KA customer relationship at all level to support GGB’s position as the continued vendor of choice.
3. Use CRM as basic tool for business planning and project management
4. Understand the customers business; processes and key issues, ensure that GGB’s capabilities are consistent with customer requirements and understood by both parties.
5. Regular communicate with customer on their demand/forecast and update internally for planning and inventory/safety stock management
6. Manage sales order processes for the applicable accounts to ensure smooth order execution, follow up pastdue orders
7. Assist finance dpmt for customer credit control, follow up A/Rs to improve the DSO and account profitability
8. Handle customer complaints
9. Manage accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction
Full responsibility for the new business growth of assigned territory
1. Be the filed expert, understand the market trend, competitor landscape within the territory, make territory planning and roadmaping accordingly to outline the business potential and define the territory strategies
2. Qualify new projects per feasiblity study, build robust project pipeline to ensure continuous growth
3. Handle customer RFQs in line with internal procress and pricing strategy
4. Follow up samples and tests per project timeline
5. Make commercial proposals and conduct commercial negotiations.
6. Negotiate contracts with customers within GGB guidelines.
7. Accurately communicate customer needs and potentials to internal departments
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. At least 5 years KAM experience in automotive industrial
2. Technical background in mechanical industry
3. Familiar with Tier 1 and Tier 2 company
4. Good business sense and proven sales performance
5. Good English (both reading and writing) & presentation skill
6. Good communication and negotiation skill
7. Good teamwork and positive attitude
8. Strong business growth mindset
9. Good teamwork and positive attitude, be collaborative & accountable
10. Aggressive & proactive, learning attitude/ability, can work under pressure
