You will be responsible in terms of growth / profitability /management of the new accounts you will be able to develop.

1. We seek a "Business Development” profile, hunter at heart and driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

2. At a commercial level, you will rely on our many existing referenced big scale clients as a foundation for your development.

3. You will create and maintain trust relationships and credibility with clients and partners.

4. You will actively prospect and recruit your consultants in parallel with the support of Talent Acquisition team.

5. Our success will allow you to quickly manage, structure and strengthen a commercial / recruitment team around you.

岗位要求：

1. Scientific or commercial background (Schools of Engineering, University).

2. A first sales & business development proven experience in our business sector (Automotive, mechanical engineering/ information systems / technology consulting) would be an asset.

3. Able to train and mentor, in term period, teams (sales / recruitment / delivery), manage employees and monitor performance indicators, with a strong demand for performance and quality.

4. Commitment in achieving customer satisfaction.

5. Ability to explain technical information.

6. Excellent team spirit and ease in building strong professional relationships.

7. Excellent capacity of analysis, synthesis and organization.

8. Good sense of priorities.

9. Fluency in Chinese and English.
