About the role:
5+ years IT experience including 2+ years of BA experiences, preferable with 1+ years PM role.

Have good communication skill and business sense, good understanding in BA role and work processes.

Familiar with IT project delivery cycle and common BA tools.

Experience in requirement management, including eliciting, analyzing, validating and formalization/regulation of requirements in written format. Ability to create and maintain specification documentation

 

 

Responsibilities:
Designing the system functional solution by working with tech team and helping to provide delivery cost estimation.
Prepare system documentations, such as BRD, FS, Test plan, user manual, etc.
Act as project manager to control and follow-up user requirement change.
Support the communication within business parties and development, provider support to
UAT and deployment.

Read and understand project documentation; create and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts, including specifications, requirement documents, user story, wireframes etc.

Proactively identify and manage risks which may impact the success of project
Support digital governance process and drive the project deployments

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Good understanding of one or multiple business domain areas and business processes. Demonstrate ability to learn and systematize business knowledge
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and standards, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service

 

Key Qualities Required:

Experienced in working with Agile and other software methodologies;

Strong knowledge of Agile practices

Experience in modeling and analysis of business processes (e.g. UML, Modeling and Design skills)

Strong experience in business process/ business model design and deployment
Strong project management skill, PMP Certification.
Strong communication and coordination skills
Master project execution methodology, i.e. Agile and Lean
Good team work sprit and able to lead a project team
Fluent in English language
