Core Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for compliance with safety, occupational health and environment regulations via identifying, evaluating, supervising implementation of external and internal requirements.

2. Organizing to implement group processes/ standards on the plant level.

3. Responsible for achieving compliance for new/ modifying/ expansion projects in OH&S and environment fields as per legal requirements.

4. Reporting SHE KPI for the plant. Any deviations shall be followed and closed.

5. Escalating significant risks regarding SHE to the plant management and regional SHE.

6. Organizing all functions to identify hazard and assess risks identifying. Supervising implementation of countermeasures on significant hazards.

7. Coordinates third parties to conduct inspections/ assessments with regards to environmental emissions, occupational disease factors and so on.

8. Responsible for management of dangerous waste within the plant.

9. Responsible for maintaining ISO 14001 EMS and ISO 45001 OH&S system on the plant level, handling internal and external audits in SHE fields.

10. Responsible for organizing investigation, analysis, processing and reporting of work related incidents, occupational health, environmental complaints/ exceedances.

11. Organizing and executing safety walk arounds to identify potential risks on safety, occupational health, environment and fire prevention.

12. Cooperating with HR to plan and execute trainings on safety, ergonomics, occupational health and environment.

13. Cooperating with HR to fulfil legal requirements on occupational health checks in pre-job, on-job and after job.

14. Organizing to compile emergency plans regarding work accidents, environment, fire and other scenarios, as well as to check emergency preparations.

15. Organizing emergency simulations as per defined intervals.

16. Responsible for validation work of nonconformity, corrective and preventive measures

17. Responsible for management of PPE.

18. Management of contractors in SHE fields.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Bachelor degree or above, machinery, environment or reference professional;

2. More than three years’ EHS experience and the related plant experience;

3. Good communication skills in English.

4. Familiar with the management system of ISO14001 and ISO 45001.

5. Has a strong logical analytical skill and inference ability.
