①能读懂图纸、具备绘图能力、熟悉国家相关标准:对各类模具结构有较好的了解②对各类模具型腔、型芯及其他模具结构零配件进行电脑数字编程前，对模具的结构进行第二次分析工作，能够及时发现模具结构的不合理成分井在***时间反映給模具设计工程师，争取在较短时间内优化模具结构■

2. 电脑编程

①合理选择各种加工刀具、熟练操作MASTERCAM编程软件对各类模具型腔、型芯及其它模具结构零配件件进行电脑编程，并利用软件白带“模拟加工功能”分析、检查刀路，及时修正错误的刀路，以确保程序应用到机床上加工时不发生重大差错。

②利用软件对现有产品设计原型进行必要的模型修改

3.编程后跟进

①程序应用到机床加工过程中及时跟进，利用各种专用量具测量各种重要尺寸，以确保重要尺寸与设计原型相匹配

②对机床出现的常规故障进行现场排除，尽风确保工作进度不拖延。

4.其它

①了解各种CNC加工刀具的性能及应用场合

②了解各类CNC加工机床的工作原理:熟悉各种常用的数控加工系统，如三菱系统、法兰克系统、西门子系统等
