A full-service, live entertainment company that works with brands and leading entertainment properties to conceptualize, develop, promote, and produce large-scale music, sporting, and entertainment events in China, is looking for a dedicated Project to drive venue development efforts, develop client relationships, and support event operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
? Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
? Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
? Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager;
? Taking dictation and minutes;
? Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
? Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
? Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings;
? Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
? Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence;
? Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
? Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the managing director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.

Qualifications:
? Native Chinese speaker with fluent English
? Bachelor degree or above
? Shanghai-based
? At least 2 years of experience working in Retail Real-estate Development or large scale event with at least 2 years at a management level position - particularly in areas related to live entertainment and large-scale event planning
? Strong computer/software skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? Strong writing, communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
? Ability to work independently without supervision on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
