职位描述
Job Purpose：
1.Assist the management in formulating the annual budget and financial objectives to achieve the company's business objectives.
2.Track and analyze the implementation of the company's financial budget and the completion of indicators.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform monthly financial reports of company operating, division operating and particular products.
2. Assist in monthly financial close.
3.Analyze monthly revenue/cost variance vs budget/historical date.
4.Analyze monthly expense variance with comments and research questions/comments from specific division.
5. Track and report overhead expense, human resource cost, and fixed asset.
6. Prepare/ consolidate multi-year plans and annual budgets.
7. Perform annual budget, forecast & analysis for company level, division line and product line respectively.
8.Other assigned and relevant work.
Job Requirements
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA will be a plus.
2.Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4.Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required
7. Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required
8. Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
9. Independent worker and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
