Main Responsibilities

主要职责

1、Understand and propose solutions to address customers’ human resource and organisational development needs

2、Promote the training, consulting and related services to companies & enterprises.

3、Manage and follow up the prospects, maximize key account’s profitability and handling feedback.

4、Responsible of projects operation and events are delivered to company’s standard and clients’ satisfaction

5、Promote company products/services through in/outbound calls, face-to-face visits, etc

6、Design and manage sales & marketing activities

7、Lead and drive to achieve sales targets.

1、了解并提出解决方案，以满足客户在人力资源和组织发展的需求；

2、向企业和组织推广培训、咨询和相关的服务；

3、管理和跟踪潜在客户，最大限度的提升大客户的利润，并处理反馈；

4、所执行的项目和活动管理，必需达到公司的标准和客户满意；

5、通过对内/对外电话、面对面拜访等来推广公司的产品和服务；

6、策划和管理销售&市场推广活动；

7、带领和推动并实现销售目标。

Requirements:

岗位要求：

1、Minimum Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, HR or equivalent

2、Minimum 1-2 years corporate sales experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior position

3、Excellent leadership, communication and inter-personal skills

4、Determined and strong will with least supervision

5、Ambitious, a team player, pro-active and results oriented

6、Preferable some understanding on Learning & Development / HR industry

7、Able to sell and bring in clients.

8、ble to speak and write well in Mandarin and basic English level.

1、本科或大专以上学历；营销、工商管理、人力资源管理或同等文凭；

2、至少1-2年对外企业销售经验；欢迎应届毕业生可以申请初级职位；

3、优秀的领导能力、沟通和人际沟通技巧；

4、果断及坚决，不需要被监督；

5、雄心勃勃的、团队、积极主动和结果导向的；

6、对学习与发展 / 人力资源行业有认识的优先；

7、能够销售和为公司带来客户；

8、良好的中文书写及口头沟通能力，基本的英文技巧。
