岗位职责：

1、负责中心日常运作与管理，协调人际关系，完成既定业绩指标；

2、制定工作计划，及时、准确提交各项工作报告、报表；

3、保证中心内部各部门团结协作，营造良好的企业文化；

4、了解市场情况并据此制定相关计划和策略，指挥贯彻执行；

5、建立团结有效的销售队伍，执行既定的销售计划；

6、与总部保持及时有效的沟通，执行总部决议；

7、参加总部定期召开的会议，并及时将会议精神传达到位；

8、参加总部各项培训，并定期对员工进行必要的培训；

9、定期召开会议，解决问题；

10、执行公司安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、两年以上培训行业管理工作经验，少儿英语/早教培训行业工作经验优先；

3、具有团队合作，吃苦耐劳的精神，能够承受一定的工作压力；

4、较强的销售团队管理能力；

5、具有良好的职业素质，沟通协调能力强。
