·         Plan equipment investment and personnel allocation with efficient, optimal utilization, and subcontract lab test arrangement;合理规划设备投资和人员配备以及分包实验室的测试项目

·         Responsible for maintenance of lab equipment and technical requirements for equipment purchase. Develop lab rules and regulations, equipment operation specifications and operation procedure instructions and guide the test;负责实验室设备维护工作，以及设备采购的技术要求。制定实验室规章制度、设备操作规范以及作业流程指导书并对测试进行指导。

·         Training, coaching and facilitating professional development;培训指导所有部门员工，促进员工的职业发展；

·         Supervise the dept to follow customer standard to ensure the testing quality;教育和监督部门员工严格按标准要求服务客户，保证质量

·         Responsible for personnel assessment and recruitment;负责人员考核和招聘

·         Development of testing standard and new methods;测试检验标准和新方法的开发

·         Complete the test plan on time according to the requirements of the project engineer with quality assurance;根据项目工程师的要求，按时保质完成测试计划

·         Ensure efficient and optimal utilization of delivery resources, including subcontractors, people and equipment;确保实现***的资源配置，包括分包商的分配；人员和设备

·         Responsible for Dept competence evaluation, appraisal, and improvement;负责部门员工的能力评估，绩效考核以及能力了提升

Qualifications

任职资格

·         Technical/standard knowledge, at least 10 years related experience or equivalent;具有技术/相关标准的专业知识，至少10年以上相关经验。

·         College degree holder;大专学历。

·         Proficient in the operation of various experimental equipment;熟练掌握各类实验设备的操作

·         Familiar with laboratory procedure;熟悉实验室规范流程

·         Familiar with most products’ testing standards;熟悉大多数产品测试标准

·         Good in written English;良好的英语读写能力

·         Strong awareness of quality;质量意识强

·         Supervisory and people management skill;具备人员管理与监督能力；

·         Communication and interpersonal skill;具备良好的沟通能力与人际交往能力。

·         Problem solving skill;具备一定的解决问题的能力。
