1. Area of responsibility:
Support RCO Asia for the compliance related responsibilities. RCO Asia takes care  all group companies in Asia under the two business divisions of LEONI.

  

2.Reporting lines
Disciplinary and functional reporting line to the Regional Officer Asia ;

3.Description of tasks and responsibilities

Compliance Audit/Review/Investigations

• Follow up and support the external compliance audit for LESS

• Support Compliance Quality Review

• Support compliance investigations

Project management

• Compliance Management Dashboard(CMD)

  • Coordinate with HQ and Asia users to Implement CMD

  • Work with the Business Partner Coordinators in Asia to implement the process timely and correctly;

  • Provide guidance to employees;

• Other projects role out by corporate compliance

• Coordinate the topics of data privacy and information security

Compliance Training and Communications

• Compliance training/workshops preparation, coordination and documentations;

• Compliance communications (Leoni newsletters, emails in holidays etc.);

• Report the policy sign off and e-learning completion rate to local management regularly;

      Compliance Policies

• Compliance policies and documents translation review;

• Collect legal update in China, India, Korea, Japan, Singapore;

• Answer questions to employees regarding the compliance policies and requirements;

   

4.Description of requirements

 

• Bachelor degree in English or Business Administration or Finance;

• Fluent in English;

• 3-4 years of experience in project management, business administration, compliance, business process, process controlling or risk control related functions in multi-national company or firms;

• Up to 30% of travel activities

• The scope of work requires familiar with compliance/ risk control concept or potentials with good English;

• Integrity and solid personalities are important, good interpersonal and communication skills, patient;

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of office equipment

• Cross-cultural skills preferred;
