Your responsibilities:

SAP Business Warehouse (BW) integrates data from different sources, transforms and consolidates the data, does data cleansing, and storing of data as well. It also includes data modeling, administration and staging area.

SAP Business Intelligence (BI) means analyzing and reporting of data from different heterogeneous data sources.  It allows you to acquire data from multiple data sources, data staging, which can be further distributed to different BI systems.

As part of the Supply Sports-Universe data teams, as a technical engineer, we propose you to be responsible for the associated SAP technical solutions (BW, PW1, BI Platform) of Decathlon Production.

• Serving the efficiency of your global users, you guarantee the availability & performance of BW/BI Platforms

• Identify & Analyse root cause/evolution, be autonomous of skills, process and documentation

• Responsible of the BW/BI technical environment from China to make available reliable solutions and sustainably reduce technical incidents 

• Participate in the transformation of our Supply BW/BI solutions and linked processes in close collaboration with project teams from other countries.

• Responsible in development of new BW/BI queries or data models as well as optimize existing ones

• Facilitate the project of migration Highway of production indicators and guarantee the availability of user KPIs 

• In permanent contact with production users and other supply teams, you animate resources to answer the business challenges of BW/BI domain

• Involved in a global network , you share your knowledge and accompany your IT relays in Asia and France

If you are qualified with below requirements:

Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in ETL Modeling  

• Proficient in SAP Hana, SAP BW & SAP BusinessObjects

• Proficient in Data Warehouse concepts & architecture

• Proficient in Programming skills in SAP ABAP,(Java & SQL is a plus)

• Big data technologies (as Hadoop, Apache Pig, Hive, Spark, R, Python) is a plus

• Data Visualization & Business Dashboard experience is a plus 

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.

• 3+ years of technical experience with SAP BW, SAP BO, SAP Hana or similar 

• 3+ years of technical experience with databases, data warehousing and BI tools

• 1~2 years of experience with ETL tools

• 1~2 years of experience with reporting and analytics tools – OLAP tools, Business Objects, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud

• Supply Chain Management experience preferred, but not required.

• Fluent English is a must, French is a plus
