THE PLAYFIELD:
Decathlon China is on the road for digital transformation and amins to provide an amazing shopping omni-channel experience for sports users. IT helpdesk is one of the key components to ensure the digital experience. This requires to guarantee :
-Product high availability & excellent product response time for all digital products
-Service availability garantie during change management
-Costs/Process optimizations
-Reactive services in the running mode
Thanks to your leadership, your animation and your initiations, you ensure the stability, the reliability, the performance, the security, the transformation and the evolution of a set of digital solutions on a given environment, serving the satisfaction of sports users.
In your environment, you will work in relation with all retail product/project team and store users
YOUR CHALLENGES:
-Define with your business partners, different product/project team the performance KPIs and expected commitments from Solutions & Technology teams, and be responsible to these indicators.
-Collaborate with projects/product team to garantie service availability & quality
-Manage external suppliers to guarantee service availability and user satisfaction
-Create and lead on Communication means; Lead communication to business team, including whole environment report, optimization plan, crisis, incident debrief,etc.
-Consolidate the service costs and optimize them
-Setup and optimize the knowledge database
-Continual improve project & support transfer process and support process

IF YOU ARE THE PROFILE:
-With excellent interpersonal skills, your communication skills allow you to work with business experts, developers and operational teams as well as with end-users, voluntary for teamwork.
Your strong sense of service and passion for business allows you to listen to your various interlocutors and your customers to continually improve their satisfaction
-Methodical and organized, with high demanding level, you are able to plan your activity in order to carry out several projects of concert
-You have a spirit of sharing, and a desire to grow others
-Passionate about continuous improvement
-Your projection ability allows you to make decisions, in anticipation, on your environment
-You speak imperatively English (usual and technical: regular contacts with the international).
