职位描述：

1. 负责用户设备的现场维修；

2. 收集、分析维修故障的实际情况，根据维修报告进行各类技术文件的编写；

3. 协助完成产品售后服务中的产品安装调试、产品维修、技术培训等工作。

4. 配合销售做好产品市场推广
