职位描述

The Business Development Sales Manager is responsible for directing sales and account management in the assigned geographic region(s), and is responsible for the profitability growing the Battery Management Systems (BMS) business at all channel levels.
Work is highly independent work. Develops new methods and procedures to complex assignments and may coordinate activities or other personnel. Anticipates change and directs or redirects efforts. Introduces fresh ideas and creative solutions to stimulate discussion and thinking in both internal and external situations. Creates new, or improves methods /techniques/ processes across job areas. Advises, interprets, and influences on complex issues, both internally and externally-
Responsibilities Include:
o??? Drives achievement the NR goals for a specified customer base
o??? Develop Key Account Pipeline aligned with Global BMS Team.
o??? Serve as direct Account Manager for strategic customers in all market verticals
o??? Manage internal Sales and Marketing partners
o??? Communicate market trends, competitive info, new opportunities to sales & marketing team
o??? Track and report out on new product opportunities
o??? Develop and implement sales strategy for key accounts
o??? Drive business results and meet, or exceed annual revenue plan that will contribute to Sensata’s profit and growth objectives
o??? Work with cross functional global teams in product management, account management, customer support and strategic marketing to define and implement specific value propositions for customers based on value selling
o??? Insightful and action oriented business plans utilizing marketing and financial tools to communicate roadmap for sustained differentiation and growth
o??? Leverage current portfolio of products and services that is aligned with the segment and business strategies to drive growth
o??? Initiate product revenue growth strategies including product family positioning, market and competitive analysis, market segmentation and market penetration
o??? Perform insightful competitor analysis and tactical action plans to gain market share, or defend base business.
o??? Manage detailed customer proposals.
o??? Manage pricing strategies consistent with product positioning.
o??? Negotiate LTA’s (Long Term Agreements) at key accounts, when required

Experience Qualifications:
o?? A college degree and 6+ years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 4-6 years of experience (i.e. Masters degree) or a higher level degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e. Doctorate degree)
o?? Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
o?? Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
o?? Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
o?? Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
o?? Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
o?? Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
