Job description：
This position will be the IT product designer to drive Lincoln China IT MSS roadmap and commitments to improve Lincoln China MSS business。
-  Main Contact Point for all Lincoln China MSS IT initiatives cross multi business domains, including but not limited to Lincoln Mall, brand site, DMS, Lincoln Way WeChat, Dealer digital empowerment, Dealer tools and etc.
- Work with customers/end-users, stakeholders, and team members to analyze and elaborate business requirements, provide UI/UX and function designs that meet business needs and are effective, efficient, and enjoyable.
- Establishes Lincoln China MSS IT roadmap for achieving the future state with the stakeholders for major business initiatives
- Works hands-on with team members and stakeholders to resolve questions, clarify designs, and deliver products.
- Works on cross-functional integration issues or projects to understand integration / dependencies and drive the issues to be fixed and program delivery with cooperation with multi business and IT SME team
- Manages large, multi-functional chartering sessions with global, regional and markets stakeholders
- Anticipates program issues/risks and manages stakeholder expectations
- Drives constant innovation through new technology research to solve and benefit business needs
- Ensures appropriate Lincoln security and controls are in place to run and protect business
- Works with different business team and suppliers to support and deliver overall Lincoln program commitments as needed

Qualifications:
 

Education Qualification	Bachelor degree or above
No. of Years of Experience	8~10 yrs + experience. 5+ years PM/BA experience 3 years in smart mobility technical experience preferred Experience with managing cross function integration issues Experience with multiple business function portfolios
Professional Exposure (Technical Skills)	Demonstrated business analysis and design skill. Good understanding of internet and mobility trend and tech solutions. Cross function integration excellence Experience with smart mobility and social media solution as an advantage Experience of DevOps/J2EE development is plus Experience of prototype design tool like Axure is plus
Preferred previous experiences	Project management accreditation or certification preferred Motor Industry MSS business process knowledge and experience Subject matter expertise in at least one business domain Experience of Agile project management and coding is a plus
Functional Skills	Demonstrated ability of problem analysis and resolution and process improvement Proven Analytic skills for both business analysis and program challenge / opportunity analysis
Behavioral Skills	Excellent English oral, written communication and business relationship skills.   Ability to influence and build relationships quickly and to work collaboratively across a number of departments and teams, and cross global and region.
