1.有1年以上的天猫电商品牌运营经验，有管理品牌天猫经销经验的优先

2.熟悉电商平台规则和流程，了解并提报过天猫资源位如聚划算/淘抢购的优先 

3.熟练策划品牌店铺活动及营销活动，并有较强的数据分析能力

4.细致、耐心的工作态度，良好的沟通能力

5.有抗压能力，适应能力强，学习能力强，会触类旁通

6.有很强的责任心和团队合作的精神 

7.有和天猫小二对接经验丰富的

工作职责：

1.品牌旗下官旗和专卖店的监管

2.策划店铺联合营销活动并负责推进落实

3.分析活动效果及复盘

4.能对品牌销售提出有建设性可行性的建议和帮助。
