Responsibilities



1. Assist Sr. merchandiser to hands-on and follow-up of all daily merchandising activities starting from design concept through order placement and shipment, making sure the quality garments are shipped as per agreed upon delivery dates.

2. Assist to follow up and control the order schedule.

3. Check POs, follow up lab dips, print/emb/trims, samples, fabric testing to ensure on time submission and approval.

4. Update comments and follow up Critical Path with suppliers and buyers.

5. Assist to develop new suppliers.

6. Update comments and communicate with Head Office timely and initiatively. Make sure no any delay due to comments late or outstanding issues.

7. Provide clerical support to the team.



Requirements:

1. Education: University Graduate or above, major in garment/textile/English or International trade is preferable.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experiences in relevant field.

3. Travel is required.

4. Language Skill: Fluent in oral and written English, CET6 is must or above.

5. Computer skills: Strong computer skills in Excel/Office/PPT/Outlook, etc.

6. Have ability to manage multiple priorities, and flexible to constantly change schedule and priorities.

7. Should be a team-oriented worker with excellent interpersonal skills.

8. With enthusiasm and high motivation at work.

9. Well organized, detail follow up & willing to work under pressure.

10. Willing to do and can do attitude.

11. Detail oriented.
