1 In charge of accounting process of AR module in SAP system, monitor information of customers’ master data in SAP system, ensure all information’s complete and accurate;

负责SAP系统中应收模块的账务处理，监控SAP系统中客户主数据，保证主数据完整、准确；

2 Obtain customers’ payment detailed list, to analyze differences between AR account and customers’. Aging analysis of AR accounts, regular account checking with customers and urge withdraw receivables by the scheduled time according payment terms;

获取客户付款明细并分析差异原因，对应收账款进行账龄分析，定期与客户对账，督促应收款项如期收回

3 Responsible for make detailed financial statements which are relevant with sales and receivables;

负责编制销售、应收账款相关的财务明细报表；

4 Work together with financial analysis/GL to provide data forecast of sales, AR and AR terms in quarter and annual forecast;

季度预测和年度预算时，与总账会计合作提供销售、应收账款、应收账期的数据预测

5 Work together with quality department to follow up quality claim issues. Meanwhile book into right accounts.

与质量部门合作、跟踪客户质量索赔问题扣款等其他应收款的收款和记账工作；

6 Crossing checking among receiving bills , purchasing order and invoice related to material. Purchasing invoice posting . Expense order checking against invoice and invoice posting 材料采购的三单匹配，采购发票过账。费用性订单的发票审核和过账。

7 Prepayment and due date AP payment bookkeeping and related payament and invoice matching in SAP

制作预付和应付的支持凭证以及相关的核销工作.

8 Following up of prepayment and GR/IR 应付暂估的监督和预付款的跟踪

9 Reporting: Aging report of Prepayment and due date Account Payable , Risk report and Quality report

报表： 预付和应付的账龄明细报表，质量报表，风险报告

10 AP blance checking with inter-company suppliers qualterly and with outside suppliers monthly

对账： 季度集团内应付对账。月度供应商对账。

11 Input VAT tax checking against tax declaration reports 月末结账：进项税金核对

12 Others: voucher binding and ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers and directors 其他：凭证装订以及其他领导交办的工作

经验及技能要求（可附岗位描述）Experience and Skills Requirements (may also attach a job description

1 Min. 2 years of financial experience in manufacturing Industry (preferable in auto parts industry);

至少2年制造业财务经验（汽车零配件制造业***）;

2 AR accountant experiences are must, with working experience of tax administration is better;

必须具备应收会计工作经验，具有税务经验者更佳

3 CET-4 or higher level. Good reading and written English is must.

英语四级或以上水平，必须具备英文读写能力

4 Proficient in Excel, Familiar with MS Office

熟练掌握EXCEL和OFFICE 软件

5 Positive working attitude and excellent communication skills is critical for your success of this role
