岗位职责：

1、负责上海旗舰店的开业筹备，及统筹管理全国精油生活馆的日常营运；

2、负责维护并优化生活馆运营体系，持续提升全国生活馆的运营水平，提升顾客体验和满意度；

3、建立生活馆现场投诉及危机处理流程，提升现场疑难问题处理能力；

4、建立生活馆监督管理机制，定期对生活馆进行巡访和考核；

5、负责生活馆团队建设及关键岗位培养，建立一支高效、创新、服务优质的团队。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，具有良好的管理能力、沟通能力及亲和力，形象气质佳；

2、5年以上生活馆管理经验，有餐饮及体验结合门店的相应经验者优先；

3、有较强的语言表达能力及应变能力，英语能力佳者优先；

4、 熟练使用Word，Excel等办公软件；

5、工作积极主动，执行力强，具较强抗压能力、高度的责任心；

6、有较强的服务意识和服务管理理念；

7、可接受短期出差。

Responsibility: 

1. Responsible for the opening preparation of the flagship store in Shanghai and the overall management of the daily operation of the national essential oil living center;

2. Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the operation system of lifestyle stores, continuously improving the operation level of lifestyle stores across the country, and improving customer experience and satisfaction;

3. Established the on-site complaint and crisis handling process of the life museum, and improved the on-site difficult problem handling ability;

4. Establish the supervision and management mechanism of the living room, and conduct regular visits and examinations to the living room;

5. Responsible for the team building and key post training of the life museum, and building an efficient, innovative and high-quality service team.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, good management skills, communication skills and affinity, good image and temperament;

2. More than 5 years of experience in living hall management, experience in catering and experience combined with store experience is preferred;

3. Strong ability of language expression and adaptability, English is preferred;

4. Familiar with word, Excel and other office software;

5. Active in work, strong in execution, strong in pressure resistance and high sense of responsibility;

6. Have a strong sense of service and service management concept;

7. Short term travel is acceptable.
