Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow and work based on daily/weekly/monthly supply planning routines

2. Ensure high availability level through daily replenishment of planned items and regular review and maintain planning parameters

3. Follow and develop supply planning process with consideration on the company’s long term development and market needs.

4. Monitors stock level and stock profile with involvement of business units to ensure the best utilization of the company’s asset and high service level

5. Continuously drive to achieve higher stock turns meanwhile secure high availability

6. Manages supply order development and take all actions to prevent unnecessary inflow of surplus stock

7. Positively and proactively communication and coordinate with customers and suppliers for solving various supply issues

8. Analyze business trend and capture market demand

9. Participate and support supply chain related projects

10. Drives and implements quality improvement initiatives and the Company’s management practices to enhance customer satisfaction and business results. 

11. Cultivates SKF values and promote SKF strategic drivers in the company by acting as a role model and encouraging the application of the elements in daily planning activities and discussion

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics and management will be preferred 

2. Proficient in computer operation (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 

3. Knowledge of order management systems will be preferred

4. Strong analytical competence, numerical focus and spread sheet skills

5. Good in oral and written English with CET 4 or above

6. Good Communication skills with people in different functions 

7. Good presentation and reporting skills

8. Customer-oriented 

9. Knowledge of logistics & supply chain management

10. Material/finished goods planning background in relevant industrial
