Department: Wellington College China Central Office

Supervisor: Technology Development Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Participate in business requirements / functional specification definition, scope management, data analysis and design, in collaboration with both business stakeholders and development team.

· Convert business requirement document into EPIC/ Feature/ User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.

· Participate in the daily meeting with developers to prioritize user stories and identify road blocks.

· Work closely with product owner to define the target detailed solution to deliver the business requirements.

· Review test plan and test cases.

· Coordinate & Perform SIT and UAT.

· Support the Product owner in ensuring discussions, agreements and decisions of Agile Ceremonies are documented appropriately.

· Support Product owner in preparation and translation document.

· Assist Product owner with any coordination in school.

· Escalation of identified critical risks & issues to developers.

· Ensure identified risks and issues are tracked to closure.

· Support the vendor management when the developers are outsourced.

· Coordinate implementation of EDU365 in all schools.

· Support the High-End New Technology Enterprise application process and any other matters as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree 

Major: Computer Science, Software engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields 

Language: Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English

Working experience: A minimum of 3-year relevant experience

Expertise:

· Experienced in delivery project under Agile methodology

· Adaptive to changing situations and enjoy collaborating with different teams in a diverse multi-cultural environment

· Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques. (i.e. JIRA, User Stories, etc)

· Strong analytical skills with ability to deep dive to drive solutions – methodical and thorough

· Strong ability to interpret customer business requirements and translate them into functional requirements and functional design with User Stories

· Proven ability to take a step back and look at the macro view to connect the dots between requirements

· Proven ability to perform under high pressure in a dynamic environment

· Ability to drive multiple agenda and effectively manage priorities

· Team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with stakeholders

· Solving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executing against a tightly-defined timeline

· Excellent professional skills, including verbal presentation and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

· Ability to translate document from Chinese to English and vice versa.

  · Able to travel 20% of time

· International and bilingual school working experience is a plus

· Cross-cultural working experience is preferred

· Passion for the education industry

· Track record of solving complex problems, strategic thinking and delivering significant impact

  · Have the experience in development project of Mobile APP
