JOB DESCRIPTION

The software factory test expert is responsible for the design and implementation of the CI/CD tool chain for an embedded telecommunication system with microservices software architecture. This individual will work closely together with test engineers and hardware/software engineers to develop and adapt the test tools to ensure an efficient operation of the fully automated tool chain with the goal of early bug detection and high quality deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS

- Several years (5+) of practical experience with CI/CD tool chains for embedded systems.

- Experienced in OpenRoadm or openconfig, netconf, restconf

- Deep practical experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Jira, Git/Bitbucket, Zephyr and others.

- Strong experience in test automation and test execution for embedded systems.

- Expertise and practical experience in microservices testing.

- C/C++/Python and other scripting languages.

- Knowledge in testing embedded telecommunication systems (Optical, OTN).

- DevOps expertise.

- Container experience with LXC and Docker.

- Experience with code coverage during CI process.

- Tool Chain pipeline with cloud capability.

- Have good communication and technical skills.
