Primary purpose of role:

1.Base on IT development strategic, maintain good communication with business and understand business requirement clearly, to complete solution planning, design and assist in delivery.

2.To support the analysis and development of strategic solutions in support of the strategic business goals of Costa China. These solutions will be critical to the growth and efficiencies anticipated by the business.

3. Management of internal and external resources to achieve solutions delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Understand and analysis of business requirements and clearly identify business process and goals system functions.

2. Analysis of critical business requirements and design of solution architecture options to these business requirements

3. Management of both internal and external resources in the analysis and design of such solutions.

4. Project control, monitoring of development efforts related to each business requirement.

5. Drafting of solution proposals and architecture options

6. Provision of short and long term solutions

7. Proper documentation and resource management

8. Database management and enhancement

9. Solutions costing and user support

10. Data integration between different system and company, auto reporting issue and service

11.Provide the solution for the enhancement of all the relevant system, including but not limited to HR, Finance, Operation, Franchise, and Tills.

任职要求：

1. The ability to read and write in English

2. Familiar with the Restaurant/Retail system, database structure and system integration

3. Experience on SAP, Microsoft Dynamic as prefer

4. Good communication and analysis abilities

5. Strong teamwork skills

6. Good vendor management skills/experience

7. Customer focuses with strong customer service skills

8. College/Bachelor degree and more than 10 years working experiences

9. Have a restaurant or retail industry background will be better

The Costa Coffee story began back in 1971, when two Italian brothers – Sergio and Bruno – arrived in London with a burning desire to make great tasting coffee a part of everyday life. In 1981 they opened the first coffee shop in the heart of London, from here the Costa family continued to expand across London, the UK and eventually the globe. There are now over 3,800 Costa Coffee shops in 32 markets, 8,000 express machines worldwide and over 3,000 Proud to serve partnerships in the UK.
Costa Coffee started its footprint in China in 2006 when the first Costa store was opened in Shanghai.
