This role reports directly to the IT manager.

工作内容：

1. 根据用户服务请求提供IT到场技术支持：

   操作系统（Win10, Mac）、应用软件 (Office 2010，Foxit，等办公软件的安装及配置)。

   打印机及电脑硬件, iPad, 投影机等IT设备的日常维护及管理，故障排查及解决。

   网络布线及简单的网络故障问题排查、电脑设备，平板设备的系统安装及报修、IT资产列表更新及维护；

   学校剧场灯光及音响设备的日常使用及支持。

2. 及时处理及跟进IT技术支持需求及问题，保证良好的服务；

3. 教学设备（台式机、笔记本、打印机）安装、调试， IWB教学白板的调试及安装，投影机的调试及安装。

4. 完成部门经理交办的任务。

5. IT 系统的后台基本管理及维护。

 

人员能力要求：

1. 具备英语听说读写，CET4, 6优秀者优先考虑。

2. 具备至少二年的企业IT管理员经验，对微软产品，Server，AD， Exchange，O365，  有管理员的使用经验。

3. 有网络安全，电脑防病毒软件的使用及维护经验及意识，有SEP使用经验优先考虑。

4. 具备良好的沟通能力，为人积极主动，耐心细致，责任心强，踏实肯干。

5. 年龄在26至30。

Approved by the Ministry of Education and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Britannica International School Shanghai is accommodated in a newly refurbished custom-built school. It has a capacity for 750 pupils from 2 to 18 years of age. It is situated within the high quality residential and educational area of Gubei/Hongqiao.

The unique feature of Britannica International School Shanghai is the fact that the school is British owned, British managed and has British teachers.

The Britannica curriculum is based on the English National Curriculum enhanced to meet the needs of the expatriate population. Essentially this means that in addition to the core curriculum, there is the opportunity for the pupils to study Mandarin and to learn about the Culture, History and Geography of China, and to study other modern languages. Pupils are prepared for the Cambridge University International General Certificate of Secondary Education and the International Baccalaureate Examinations leading to British and international university entrance.
