The purposes of this position are: 岗位目的 ·        

  Drive manufacturing process setup including flow chart, process analysis and investment. Deep understand product requirement and drive most efficient process setup with lower cost. Work closely with engineering and industrialization team to optimize product/process design from concept. Solve process problem together with industrialization and manufacturing team, including root cause analysis. Focus on front-end process including CoB, SMT, etc.

岗位要求 ?      Education学历: bachelar or above, engineering, industrialization, lighting and automotive engineering will be preferred. ?      Experience工作经验: above 5 years’ working experience in semiconductor, eletronics, lighting or automotive industry. LED manufacturing is prefered. ?       Competency and Skills 能力和技能 ü  Good experience on process design, including LED, LED assembly and PCB assembly ü  Be familiar with process time and process window analysis ü  Be familiar with DRBFM writing ü  Be good at cost analysis on process and investment ü  Good teamwork, with adequate knowledge of English. ü  Project driven mindset, including cost, quality and timeline ü  Aims at continuous improvement of ways of working. ü  6 sigma green belt or black belt is preferred
