1. Marketing Intelligence

- Gathers & analyzes market information (weather condition, crop demand, industrial trend, and competition) to enable accurate & confident decision-making in determining market opportunities, the strategy, and the effectiveness of its execution.
2. Product Review Coordinator

- Convey the outlook for changes in the product portfolio (introductions, label expansions, phase-outs) over the 2 year horizon, and manage gaps versus the previous product master plan.

3. Farm Enterprise Process Owner

- Support the marketing leader to plan and coordinate the overall Farm Enterprise program in CU

- Lead the development of the KPI for FE with cross functional team support

4. Drives facilitation, while providing analysis and alignment, of the following business processes:

- Support marketing leader for annual marketing planning process including CU strategy plan renewal, AIM, Territory Business Plan(TBP) etc.

- The monthly Market Dynamic Reviews as facilitator (including trends, competitors, weather, market share, pricing, etc…) reflecting changes, at an asset level, in the Market Input file delivered to the Demand Planner.

- The continuous update of Market Values for the BU territory, including TBPs & market share, at a crop/country/territory level, providing the necessary support for the product line management

- The weekly Market Highlights Reporting publication as facilitator, reflecting the latest & most relevant market news, including economic, political, trade, weather & competitors, used in the weekly meeting with regional leadership

- Lead the Market Research process, either through the coordination with Corporate TeleSolutions for VOCs, acquisition of 2nd hand research, or coordination with external agencies

- Lead the External Reporting to Government and Industry Associations

- NPS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above on Agroscience, Marketing, Commercial etc. MBA degree is a plus
• 3 to 4 years of experience in market research/intelligence, business intelligence and analytical roles. Preferably from top consulting and research agencies
• English level advance
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge in Excel
