Job Description:

Responsible for customer service and daily operation

Dealing with sea and air inquiries and settling related problems.

Maintaining good relationship with customers, agents and carriers.

Based in Shanghai and covers the whole country.



Requirements:

Well-known the sea and air freight operation process, especially in import

College degree or above

Minimum of 5 years in the similar position at foreign forwarding companies

Good Command of written and spoken English

Ablity to work under pressure.
