Key responsibilities:

1.Assure Corrective and Preventive Action plans are developed and executed at assigned suppliers in compliance with company process.

2. Coordinate the cross function teams to analyze and to close Quality issues

3. liaising with Operations personnel to ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met during routine operations;

4. Supporting the ongoing deviation / corrective action program;

5. Responding to handle routine quality related queries from other departments;

6.Monitoring and aiding the implementation of continuous improvements and process changes to ensure that these are implemented in compliance with ISO;

7. Prepare, update and maintain quality control plans

8. Set up and improve inspection specification for production process .

9.Statistics quality performance of production line. Database improvement.· Communicate with production manager and process engineers, etc on quality issue as required.·

10.Manage inspectors and activities.· Participate in root cause problem solving with developing engineers and process engineers and etc as required.·

11.Improvement process quality performance, cycle time, and delivery performance through quality plan and Six Sigma methodology implementation to minimize the Cost of Quality.

12. Assure products compliance to quality plan and regulatory requirements through monitoring process.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree ,at minimum of 3 years experience in medical device

2. Strong analytical skills, Good analytical and trouble shooting skills; FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP master;

3. Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485 etc;

4. Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision on projects and activities

5. Ability to prioritize, plan & evaluate deliverables

6.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate in English in an easy to understand manner

7. Experience using spreadsheet and presentation software

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in a medical device

2. Experience working across cultures/countries/sites.
