Responsibility:

1. Draft MRP for plant according to strategy and standard process ;

2. Draft S&OP mid-long term capacity planning for all required resource;

3. Coordinate all above planning to be validated and agreed by all related function;

4. Participate in BOSLE & Continuous improvement activity organized by region or by plant level;

5. Lead & Coach planner team for further development

6. Data analysis and reporting

Requirement:

1. Very strong and deep experience in SAP operation process definition, especially for PP and MM module;
2. Strong proactive sense to alert any material supply risk;
3. Flexible in interpersonal communication skill;
4. Rich field practice and know-how is preferred;
5. Related experience: at least 2-3 years within Automotive Industry.
6. College degree or above, majored in logistics or relevant area;

Good English ability both in oral and written.
