Responsibilities:
？Basic operation of daily routine working , include Type-in sales forecast into SAP as independent requests, Switch planned order to production order, ATP check and release production order to shop floor, transfer purchasing requisition to purchasing order and issue to suppliers, follow up order confirmation and delivery schedule from suppliers, inbound delivery document creation to warehouse, etc
？Demand & Capacity balancing based on requested period.
？MRP minitor to check planning schedule and do adjustment accordingly
？Monitor the missing parts and open production order to guarantee fulfill Sales order delivery on time.
？Trace and track the daily planning implementation status and do relevant alignments to ensure production smoothly.
？Prepare and provide the Rolling Forecast of components requests to Supplier regularly based on historic consumption and sales forecast.
？Stock aging analysis by commodity group and find out the root cause of slow moving inventory and take action accordingly.
？Regular update MRP parameters in SAP based on actual production and sales status change, include MRP group, MRP type, lot size, GR process time, rounding value, min. lot size, planned delivery time, total replenishment lead time, ect.
？Participant development project and project phase-in/phase-out, set up MRP parameters for phase-in Art.No, adjust MRP parameter and monitor stock consumption for phase-out products.
？Implementation of nee process and daily continues improvement.
Qualifications:
？Bachelor's degree or equivalent ;
？At least three (6) years Production planning & Operative buyers experience;
？Good know-how and strong skill for SAP MM & PP model;
？Excellent analysis, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills;
？Strong responsibility,professional ethics, anti-pressure;
？Computer competency in Ms Office e.g., outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
？Good at English, both oral and written;
