职位描述
1. 按照公司计划和程序开展销售工作，建立和扩大销售网络；
2. 负责产品宣传、推广和销售，完成公司制定的销售目标；
3. 协助销售经理制定销售计划，和大客户及关键客户进行沟通，处理日常销售事务；
4. 收集客户、供应商、以及竞争对手信息，定期拜访新客户回访老客户并促成销售，为公司提供有价值的商业信息。

任职资格
1.大专以上学历，以市场营销、建筑、装潢设计或管理专业为佳；

2.2年以上销售经验；

3.具备优秀的表达沟通能力、人际交往能力，具有快速学习能力及领悟能力，具有一定的商务谈判经验，能适应高压下工作；
4.有高度的工作责任心,积极的工作态度并勇于承担责任；
5.有建筑材料尤其是陶瓷行业销售经验为佳，有客户资源者优先考虑。

薪资待遇
1.薪资构成为基本工资+补贴+销售提成，依据销售完成情况按比率计算销售提成。

2.年终奖金依据销售指标完成情况以及公司业绩发放。

Job Title: Sales representative

Job Description
1.Exerting sales work following company sales plan and procedures, building and expanding sales network；
2.Responsible for product promotion, marketing and sales, achieving sales target assigned by company；
3.Assisting sales manager in making sales plan, communicating with key account client and important clients, and handling daily sales affairs；
4.Gathering information on clients, suppliers and competitors, paying regular visits to clients and precipitating sales, bringing company valuable commercial information。

Requirements
1.At least college diploma, bachelor degree is preferred. Marketing, architecture, design and decoration or enterprise management related major is preferred；
2.At least 2-year sales experience；

3.Possessing excellent communication and people skills, being a fast learner, having some business negotiation experience and capable of working under high stress；
4.Strong sense of responsibility, active working attitude and reliable；
5.Having experience in building material sales or client bases will be an advantage。

Salary:
1.Monthly salary consists of basic salary, allowance, and commission. The commission is paid out based on the sales target achieved and the rate set by the company
2.Year-end bonus will be paid out based on the achievement of sales target and the overall performance of the company.
