Department: Wellington College China Central Office

Supervisor: Senior Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Senior Marketing Manager for execution of communications tactics and work together with Marketing team to maximise brand reach and enhance brand image: both at the central office and schools in across China, currently locates in Tianjin, Shanghai and Hangzhou.
  

• Be involved in the group’s brand tactics plan and relevant marketing campaign development according to the brand communications strategy.
  

• Support the marketing team on overseeing the development and implementation of brand design plans, including but not limit to marketing collaterals, brand videos and visuals, ensure production are match with brand VI and positioning.
  

• Track marketing spending ensure spending is following the overall budget plan. Be responsible for contract and payment. Develop related reports and share to related key stakeholders regularly.  
  

• Vendor management; coordination with schools for collective marketing orders and merchandising management from the central office.
  

• Be responsible for other marketing projects assigned.
  

Education: Bachelor's degree or above

Major: Marketing, Advertising, or Communications 

Language: Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English

Working experience: A minimum of 4-year relevant experience

Expertise:

· Expertise and knowledge in marketing event planning and implementation

· Good project management skill  

· Strong communications skills in written and verbal

· Marketing vendor and agency management

· Detail oriented

Preferred aptitudes:

· Cross-cultural working experience preferred

· Strong passion for the education industry

· Track record of strategic thinking and strong execution skills to make a good impact

· Attention to details and strive for excellence

· Personal integrity, accountability and credibility
