2、为新零件/工具的成功生产/确认，建立必要的设备和工作配方/程序。

3、操作所述设备以生成合格的样品和卷。

4、工艺/工装问题的识别和解决。

5、持续改进项目/行动的定义、执行和验证。

6、其他分配/定义的职责和项目。

技能和知识:

1、有热成型及相关工艺经验者优先，有旋转成型经验者优先

2、有生产设备安装经验者优先。

3、必须有上进心，目标明确，有良好的计划，沟通和组织能力。必须有良好的职业道德。

4、需要长期在车间工作。可接受实习或者见习。
