Responsibility:

l Responsible for master data enhancement & scorecard, understand and closely implement attributes collection, verification, maintenance process.

Raise potential process optimization and involve in process alignment, follow-ups

l Communicate and follow up with agency for photo taken, ensure to finish the requested pic taken and upload on time with quality

l FSD attributes clear overview and time plan preparation

l FSD, welfare additional request alignment involve, potential solution provide

Requirement:

Education:

l Bachelor degree, major but not limited in International Trading, Food Safety, Photoshop,etc.

Experience:

l Above 1 year working experience in administration, data related

l Experience in Wholesale/Retail or Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries

Skills and Competencies:

l Good knowledge of MS Office

l Detail and responsible

l Good presentation skills

l Team orientation

l Problem solving and communication skills, strong implementation capacity

l Good at Excel and Powerpoint, able to use Pivottable, formula, graphs and make data analysis

Good English skills verbal and written
