DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist finance department in all files for AR/AP

- Issue invoices to clients

- Manage the daily bank statement

- System project data maintenance

- Responsible for accounting and finance assisting work, such as keeping contact with Banking, update, Accounts Receivables book timely, etc.

- Other assistance in-head of Finance Dept.

REQUESTED COMPETENCIES

- Undergraduate with Bachelor degree, major in finance or related is prefer

- Fluent Mandarin, and excellent spoken and written English a plus

- Good PC skills of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical skills combined with strategic thinking

- 2-3 days attendance per week, prefer long-term internship
