产品助理（一年期合同工）

Position Overview        

The key function of this position is to support SBUX team on product documents and works related to product development and management.

 

Main Responsibilities

1.      Responsible for SBUX SMU projects following up and management, in terms of sampling and testing documents support to gain orders. 

2.      Responsible for the management and coordination of internal designer and other related cross-functional team members to complete SMU projects.

3.      Sample Request Form information collection, creation and releasing SRFs, sample status tracking, sample review, management.

4.      Initial product costing inquiry and review for SMU projects.

5.      Color sample and insert sample management and filing, sorting by markets/promo/ material/technology etc.

6.      Agile System BOM2 building based on approval information

7.      Coordination with QA and SBUX AS team for Regulation/Testing needs

8.      Analyzing and report sample hit rate quarterly or by promo

9.      Arrange Sample delivery/Expressage

       

Requirements

1.    Desire to work in SBUX team, teamwork spirit, positive attitude is a must

2.    Detail, accountable and be able to manage multi-tasks with quality

3.    Good time management skills, can and be willing to work under pressure

4.    Be able to manage tasks in the changing environment

5.    English and Mandarin proficiency both written and oral

6.    Always willing to learn

7.    Good at MS office software, e.g. Excel, Word, PPT
