Responsibilities：

1、Plan and conduct Pricing Audits in the Wilo subsidiaries:

-Prepare pricing audit

-Conduct interviews with local MDs, Sales Directors, Controlling, Finance, Pricing team,…

-Analyze: local pricing structure (price list, discount system), pricing logic for project pricing, realized price levels based on transnational data

-Challenge and monitor local Net price levels compared to defined price corridor

-Check existing pricing guidelines and documentations

-Ensure compliance to group standards

-Define local pricing road map with prioritized pricing measures and monitor implementation

2、Implement defined pricing measures in local Wilo subs to safeguard and improve the realized EBIT

3、Manage local Pricing Ambassadors and act as sparring partner for subs in questions related to Pricing

4、Support global price setting model and the worldwide implementation

5、Support implementation of pricing principles and pricing strategy

6、Develop and implement pricing tools

7、Plan and conduct projects related to Price Management

Requirements:

1、Master degree in business administration or comparable advanced degree in business, economics or other analytical field

2、3+ years of work experience in Price Management function or Consulting

3、Experience in working with Senior Management within complex organizations

4、Strategic thinking and problem solving skills

5、Experienced project manager

6、Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across international teams

7、Strong presentation skills

8、Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PPT

9、Fluent in English
