工作职责：

1. 协助党委认真贯彻、落实党的路线、方针、政策，传达上级党委党建工作部署，完成律师事务所承担的任务；
2. 负责党员组织关系管理工作。办理管理事务所党员组织关系的接转、基层党组织的调整和落实，并按时收取、缴纳党费；
3. 负责各支部党员信息的更新、统计、分析，并定期上报；
4. 协助制订党支部计划，组织协调各支部开展党员组织生活，并做好支部工作总结；
5. 负责党内文件的收发、管理，以及党委材料的起草与撰写；
6. 协助党委做好党员教育培训工作。收集选编党员教育参考资料和党员教育的经验案例，并担任党课和形势政策报告会的组织服务工作；
7. 组织事务所党员志愿者资源，配合上级党委组织开展志愿互助、法律咨询与培训以及帮困活动；
8. 协助党委落实外部党组织来访接待、宣传和报导工作；
9. 协助党委支持工会、共青团、妇联等群团组织的工作；
10. 完成领导交办的其它工作。

任职资格要求：

1. 中共党员，文史类等相关专业专科或以上学历；
2. 政治信念坚定，具有2年以上党务工作经验，熟悉律师事务所者优先；
3. 具有较强的亲和力以及人际沟通和协调能力；
4. 熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件。
